To be eligible for return, the products should not be used, washed or dirty. The product must also be in its original undamaged “ZZANETTI” box with all tags attached. The return request should be initiated within 24 hours of the delivery of the product, alongside the customer has to dispatch the product through any courier service to the seller at their own cost.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product along with the Order number and registered phone number. You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order All the emails must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order number and the problem with the product. Once the returned product reach back to our warehouse, and after due verification of the product, customer will receive approval from us and which will be allowed by way of credit note/coupon code issued by ZZANETTI (AM Shoes) Credit note/coupon code will be issued within 2 business days from the date of product return accepted.
